How it works

Search your name or company. We find every company you've been an officer of, live or dissolved, and read each filing.

Confirm
Tick the addresses that were your home, give us your details for the form, and pay. You see the full price before you commit.

We file
Our Chartered Accountants prepare the removal application, pay the Companies House fee and send it on your behalf.
- 04
Done
We check the register and tell you when each document has been updated. Companies House usually takes 2 to 6 weeks.
More than your address.
Companies House lets you remove four kinds of personal detail from documents on the register. Signatures, day of birth and occupation were added in July 2025. We check for all four.
Home address
Used as your service address, a shareholder address, or your company's registered office in the early days.
Signature
Wet signatures on paper forms and accounts. Your printed name stays.
Day of birth
The day from your date of birth, on documents filed before 10 October 2015. Month and year stay.
Occupation
Where the form required it, such as incorporation and director appointment forms.
Pricing
One price per document. Companies House fee included.
The scan is free. You only pay for documents you choose to clean up, and if Companies House rejects one, we refund it.

Both include the £34 Companies House fee, which we pay on your behalf at cost with no VAT. The rest is our service fee, including VAT at 20%.
Questions
Is my address really public?
If you used it on a filing as a service address, shareholder address or registered office, anyone can download that document for free from the Companies House register.
My home is still my company's registered office. Can you help?
The company needs to move its registered office first. We can arrange a new address and then remove the old one from the filing that first set it.
What about dissolved companies?
They're included. Our scan finds them through your officer history, and documents from dissolved companies can usually be cleaned up too.
Will it disappear from other websites?
Removal updates the official register. Some third-party sites copied the data earlier and may keep showing it, so we'll tell you which ones to contact.
